I'm quite optimistic thinking i may be able to top up at 15.5. I initially bought in a 4.5 and .8 and .10. So i'm only topping up if i see a nice price. Take a look at Dolci's last chart above. I agree with FF comments above too. If you're not in the stock at all, i would be more concerned about that rather than a few cents, you can always buy a smaller parcel and average down if necessary. Does this stock have more upside potential or downside potential based on your research is the question you may want to ask yourself.
