Zac, in theory, selling and buying back when cheaper is a good idea. But nobody knows if you will get it cheaper or not.
It is hard to jump back in. How do you know after you jumped back in the price is not going to fall further and create more paper losses along with the realised loss you made by selling in first instance?
If I were you, I would just hold, but it is only my opinion and I do not know your personal circumstances. I know its painful mate, hopefully for not long, and hope you can figure out a way to problem solve this issue.
