How is Tesla priced to perfection for the next 10 years. It's about IP, do you not understand how the share market works? People buy things forward looking. Who cares if they're not making money right now, they've set a timeline for when production starts, and based on how many industries they can span and how much value their IP is perceived to be worth the share price is reflective of that. It's actually very low considering potential, but that has risk calculated into the price.
Sure if the sales are lagging after their timeline deadline then go for gold and down ramp, but get out of here with your rubbish until then.
