Does anyone know what the tax implications are of TPs strategy, i.e. sell high and buy low. So for example if I sell 10 units after an announcement at a for a total of $10 (including a $5 profit) then wait for a pull back before putting that same $10 back in for 15 units (because the SP is cheaper), how will the tax man punish me? Will I pay tax on that $5 profit and then get taxed again if I sell in the future even tho I'm technically only using the same $10?.
