Sorry to burst your short sighted bubble. But, entry into the ASX300 requires more than simply reaching a certain market cap. Google is a great tool. Can I suggest that you use it to find out more about listing requirements? In the meantime, please give yourself more respect by admitting that you don't have all the answers and to stop being so short sighted. As I said, google IMO will be your greatest asset here.
