Just a thought prompted by your post. What if the accumulator was in effect handed an unexpected present in the form of the CEO's resignation crashing the price. Such an accumulator would obviously take advantage of this unexpected gift to quickly finish accumulating the 40 million so they could pick up their tidy commission in a weeks time rather than 6 weeks further on or so. Would make sense as to why the price recovered so very quickly.
Just wild speculation but I have wondered why the recovery was so quick.
My opinion only DYOR.
