hey, Dr that was an institutional change only then that held the shares, completely different situation, as now they are in a different entity that they are all beneficiaries in a trust that the founder is in control, but can be allocated to someone else in the purpose for future distribution to the beneficiaries, that's why they need to be moved through the ASX to be reregistered to the new entity for tax purposes as well...& then it's all above board being registered to a trust/superfund .... unfortunately all this was happening on Friday when the share price was in a frenzy so the sales went through at 66.5c for all 64 M shares
