I have tried with some free sentiment analysis software. It seemed pretty good but it was time-intensive because I did it manually.
Ideally you want good software which is very expensive. If you are good at automating tasks such as scraping, then you might find it worthwhile. You have to train it for key words and give them weightings, which can only be done by comparing it against price data. Really, it's a big project to undertake. Would take a lot of jiggling and testing.
