If the price stays in the .33-35c range, it might fly under the radar for a speed ticket. Last speed ticket was off the back of a 30% increase from .13c. It was followed by further increase/buying the next day, and then a phase (couple of weeks) of consolidation before moving up another leg.
I wouldn't be surprised to see .35 today.
