I can't see how BRN can get on the ASX 300 at the moment if the data on maintenance buffers and my reading of it over at Wikipedia is true (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/S%26P/ASX_300#Selection_Criteria). BRN for inclusion would need to have a market cap that's 274th or higher. Going by a list at https://www.marketindex.com.au/asx-listed-companies MAQ is at 274th place with ~$1B so BRN falls short by ~$230M.
