terrific post. couldnt agree with you any more. I am almost in the same boat, however my avg is now around 42. dont worry mate, i dont see it touching 45.
All in good time, as someone stated, when something abnormal like this occurs, normally it means something big is brewing. we are all frustrated, hopefully its worth the wait.
