All the people talking negative about this have no clue where devex land sits and what the current announcements from both LTR ( north of devex) and CHN ( next to devex) means.. nearology play is happening atm and when these guys do their own fly off ..with the low SOI this will be taking off.. so smart money is moving in now.. anyways DYOR ..
