I thought people didn't like charts??....
Over at CHN they seem to think they are witchcraft and question there ability to tell the future.
Well it seems they can....Well they did this time anyway.. and most of the other times also.....GL
DEV has broken to the upside of the bullish Pennant....
I posted previously this will happen either on fundamental news or will break up anyway on no news...and Because of the technical buying and it has.
"My latest chart may or may not come off... because I do not have a crystal ball.
But the consolidation of the pennant in expectation of some good news next week will send DEV to its target price and beyond IMO with or without that news......Technically it could still break to the upside without any news......"

Well here is another beautiful example of technical analysis working a treat - An announcement could still come however the spring was loaded and had to uncoil .. which it now has............ GL IMO DYOR.........
