That is what I am thinking just not sure if you would raise at sametime unless the CR is amazing i.e 1 dollar plus if we have hit something somewhere major and management have secured capital at a very good price for us loyal share holders.
The wording does say 2 things to me so maybe that is what has happened and Tim and co have found a deep pockets already strange but anything is possible.
Maybe ASQ or ASN
Or CHN taking a stake
