It will play role - guaranteed. They only have 17.5 m shares to allocate. In an massively oversubscribed situation (as this will be) the number of shares you owned on record day will in some way influence the number of shares allocated. Not 100% proportional, but it simply will have to be taken into account, as any other way will leave the larger shareholders very unhappy.
