The flip side is that all shares are equal and if there is to be say a 30% of orders honoured because of the over subscription then all orders are to be taken as having the same rights to 30% regardless of whether it is 10 shares or 1 million.
When it comes to annual meeting votes, we have the voting power that is reflected in our individual holdings.
That is as it should be. Some people take a bigger risk - they get rewarded for that.
