@Nietoperz88 The comments infer the analysis is too low. C1 costs stay the same,irrespective of the IO price. Increases in the IO price result in additional pure profit. The shot at analysing EBITA is appreciated- just that it undervalues the co at these levels.
Pure iron ore plays are like that- highly leveraged to the IO price. So the real question is- will the IO price continue to surge? The probability is yes- the drivers are there. But no one can be 100% sure.
