The main risk at this point is that operations isn't delivering as expected or that some kind of unforseen event or scenario is occuring or has occured. This is pretty common with juniors in ramp up in particular and small caps in general. Regular updates would go such a long way in building confidence amongst shareholders that everything is going well. I'm at a loss why this isn't occuring. It is currently the only thing stopping me from buying more. While I have some trust in the management, the (relative) certainty that comes with updates within a regulated environment can't be replaced by faith.
