Imo I don't think the dividend expectations some had of 4-6 cps will be fulfilled in this new climate. Capital may be used to stay afloat and ride out prices that don't provide profit. The hedge is positive news but can it really be enforced? What can FEX do if buyers don't uphold to the agreement? I don't see how FEX could bend a chinese buyer's arm to abide with the agreement when they can purchase it from somewhere else for much much cheaper.
