What Hartleys motives are, all guess work.
But if I was to guess, the last CR was at 14.5c, so all their holders are sitting on at least +50% gains.
IMO they have another stock they’re in the process of pumping and probably about to do a CR for, on a tight timeline. An easy way to get the sheep to follow is drip feed the sells from FEX into the new target, and once the new target is starting to take off, get the rest of the sheep to dump and buy into the new CR.

This is all of course only my theory/opinion. It would explain the recent SP activity for FEX. It’s all a storm in a teacup to me, the fundamentals are too strong, and milestones are getting achieved without any internal issues, so happy to sit back and see this one out
