We all know IO price is unsustainably high - the question is how long these high prices can last and when they do fall, will they fall to a sustainable level of $110/t or $80/t.
Last week the chinese gvmt imposed some environmental regulations which will reduce steel production (less pollution) and also thus demand and the price. Which is why we saw that fall last week in the price.
Is this the start in the pull back? Who knows. I'm keeping a close eye. If it starts to fall consistently and this gap in valuation currently isnt closed - i'll start taking profits.
