Interesting. 50 day MA above 200 and 20 day MA.
Golden cross achieved and MACD close to crossing
again and heading north.
Starting to look bullish. In addition 7 million
shorts added since September according to Short
man. A dangerous move shorting a fairly conservatively
priced stock given it’s low debt and optimistic view
of its ability to start putting runs on the board and
moving towards profitability.
I’m not sure what is motivating shorts to continue
increasing in volume but I do suspect that they may
end up in a vulnerable position and on the wrong side
of the trade as leads are followed up on and converted
into contracts. If EVS is able to achieve it’s aspirations,
new longs will start to come on board and share pricing
pressure may force shorts to rethink their strategy.
Seems to be light at the end of the COVID tunnel in
regards to a potential effective vaccine from Pfizer that
may create some worldwide optimism in the medium term.
Looking forward to the day that Envirosuite turns the corner
and makes a game changing announcement that investors are
no longer able to ignore. When that happens we will get a
glimpse of EVS’s long term potential value that current
holders aren’t yet seeing. That’s the exciting part of being
on board a low priced Tech company that is currently valued
at circa $200 million. GLTAH
