There was an article in the business section of
yesterday’s ABC news in regards to BHP’s 45
breaches of dust regulations at one of it’s iron
ore projects. Provides interesting insights into
what they are looking to spend over the next
5 years in order to better manage dust born
pollution associated with blasting regimes. I
gather this opens up further opportunities for
EVS to assist BHP better manage it’s r’ship
with the local community if they’re not already
involved in monitoring at this BHP site. Looks
like there are plenty of opportunities out there
for EVS to assist companies with being socially
responsible corporations and this is part of the
reason I’m becoming a fan of EVS’s business
plans. Hopefully over time EVS will gain the
recognition it deserves from investors looking
to invest in socially responsible businesses such
as EVS that are positioning themselves for the long
term in ensuring that major corporations allocate a
fair proportion of their profits to ensure their business
does minimal environmental damage to the
environment. ZZ monkey is off EVS’s back so I find
it interesting that we have multiple people talking
this company down. From what I can see debt is
extremely low, business is stabilised during Covid
and we are getting an uptick in enquirers and
contracts are being signed as companies are
seeing the value of EVS’s technology to their own
business. To me that suggests that as EVS continues
to grow its business that it potentially becomes a
defensive stock with plenty of upside. So perhaps
I’ve missed some of the negative points of EVS but
then again perhaps the potential positives of this
company in the long term are going to far outweigh
the few negatives that have been highlighted by
others on this forum. A well run progressive business
with environmental vision has a far better chance of
succeeding long term IMHO than one that doesn’t.
