The 19 days of correction are over. The momentum indicator RSI had flirted just under the 50 line, while sellers and buyers seemed to agree on the trading price. Now it's showing the share is being bough, yet not overbought, with still more room for growth.
8th and 9th Sept have seen the surge that when up to the median line of the obvious ascending channel (0.28) before a second smaller correction.
Could we expect to bounce on the SMA 20 (0.255) before reaching the upper Bollinger (0.295) ?
(I don't expect analysts to wait until the SMA 50 catches up with the prices. Such a lengthy lateralisation seems unlikely for me, especially for such a volatile share.)
Both the MACD line and the signal are positive , the cloud in between is about to change polarity to what seems to be another Bullish period.
The super trend is still red for now, but a change to green in the coming trading sessions could be the signal for another buying rush.
We could expect low selling volumes in the days to come, helping to confirm the definite end of the correction (MACD graph reading).
On the Ichimoku side, the cloud is up and running. One might want to keep an eye on the lagging span. Will it cross ? Will it bounce ? Is the gap of the 11 august an entry point ? Remember this gap was closed shortly on the next trading session. I'd rather look for it to bounce against and expect a 15 % uprise in the next 10 trading sessions to catch up with the highest level to date.
Kijun and Tenkan Sen have indeed crossed, but even though the short term line is below the medium term one, they are not far apart. I reckon low volume slighly uptrend trading sessions over the next few days could be enough to get that signal catch up with all of the other highlighted indicators, starting the frenzy we've witnessed in July/ mid August.
