Typically one would drown out the noise of the stockprice and invest purely on the factual announcements and fundamentals. Unfortunately, in my opinion, that cannot be done with this stock since the pertinent information is already in the hands of insiders who then move the stock before the rest of investors can act.
Ultimately what this means is that the direction of the SP cannot be ignored, and is actually a better indicator of company health than the announcements and fundamentals themselves since it is being moved by those insiders who know what other don't. The SP is in the doldrums, so what does that tell you about the company health and direction?
A true dog stock this one. YoY growth decline, bigger losses, shrinking market share, incompetent (and possibly irresponsible management who seem to not have shareholders at their heart) and to top it all off, an almighty leaky ship leaving mum and dad investors in the dust well and truly eons before they receive the relevant information.
All this at a time when the ASX is having a fantastic bull run, and plenty of bags can be made on other quality stocks. To hold this stock is done at one's own peril and detriment IMO.
