SB sorry I think your response was a bit impulsive. back to the books for you.Why buy if it trends back to 10c ?
All oscillators range and need to factor in overall trending as well..suggest you look up RSI formula vs Stochastics for starters they measure different things (RSI measure upward /downward ranges )speeds are totally different and read up on CMO as confirmation of trend.
Stan Weinstein will not buy unless RSI is topping on the monthly charts...no offence .please get back if I'm wrong

Danielle can you see the cup and handle has just broken out at 12 cup lip, look at relative vols picking up,
If you see 14.5 as the cup top from which it will possibly retrace for a handle... thats OK too as 14.5 is my obvious first target anyway...
