    this is why IMO the sp has stayed in this range. Temptation for those that have averaged down to cash out at a +- break even. 25c may only be seen once construction is at 100%? Until then only the insto’s will be making any money with their 0.5c profit wheeling and dealing.

    Hold onto this one.
