In think COO originally said by the end of March 23, that was when the case concluded. Then subsequently I seem to recall they said by mid year which is probably more realistic. The Australian judicial system is very slow. Let’s hope that if COO win, the other side does not decide to Appeal. That will delay things another 12-18 months.
