How long till the tribunal hands down a decision?
How long is a gravy train??
The question u should be asking is, how is the arbitration panel being paid? Are they being paid for a decision, or are they being paid for their time to make a decision?
Whilst i confess I don't know the answer to that question, for quite some time now Ive come to a conclusion on what I think the answer may be.
