I'm long KCN and PMs, but I do believe there's a plausible likelihood (becoming more probable with each passing day) of a breakdown of global financial markets. If this occurs, I think PM valuations will collapse as capital moves to USTs and USD. This is what usually happens (e.g., COVID crash, GFC). Best we can hope for is a protracted period of progressive and incremental macro-economic worsening (rising inflation, slowing growth, and simmering geopol tension etc)
