We can be the beneficiaries of crime. We are not the criminals, but we know how they work. It is all here on HC every day, not just in respect of KCN but other stocks as well. The crimes that are committed daily on the ASX are reported by us to the police (ASIC), but they just turn a blind eye.
Fitzroy5 is preparing a submission to the Parliamentary Inquiry into ASIC. It should be an easy submission to write - ASIC's lack of action has been obvious to so many of us for years. ASIC doesn't even pretend to care. I think there is a good chance ASIC won't even exist in the future once its failings are made known to the wider public as a result of the Parliamentary inquiry.
