In any case the sloping up or down is irrelevant.The pattern simply indicates a reversal from a bullish trend to a bearish one,and we know that the price target may be calculated by measuring the distance from the peak at the head to the neckline,and then subtracting it from the neckline.Theres a quick head and shoulders 101,just so we're on the same page.
