I have always charted PDN. regarless of the next target and the
debate here we can clearly agree that PDN is trading well below
the 30 day MA with poor RSI. That pretty much is the real basic
chart knowledge. PDN further still has outstanding production
issues which it will have to sort out. the issues are not major
but something that the traders will not buy in at......
Futher PDN is in the 3rd stage so as to speak ( 1 = up 2= plateau
3= downtrend and 4 = dead )
FOr any uptrend to evolve we need strong volume. Not thats my
analysis.
Let me also point out that I had a bunch and a heap of PDN from
5 $ or so and sold all but around 10-15k worth at 8.50 to 9$...
as soon as SMM t/o was annouced I was sure dilution was gauranteed.
Now lets talk about PDN t/o - gosh without being rude but which
world are these people living in that say a t/o will happen at
10-12-15$......I mean put it this way, if you wanted to buy PDN
and were desperate to buy it...would you have not bought it till
now ? it tanked to 5.10$ not long ago and no one touched it..
it made some recovery not long ago to $9+ and then headed sounth.
Surely by now there would hve been take over offers IF AT ALL
any were intrested. They dont wait for price to keen going south.
Remember on thing, most and 90%+ take overs happen when shares
are heading north not the other way round. Simple reason is one
wants to buy a company when its going great guns..not when its
tanking south. I am not saying PDN will not be bought but all that
talk about t/o target clearly is rubbish, or 'it ain't gonna happen'
for now atleast.
For once - people need to appreciate that PDN has issues. YES its
a strong long term buy but hey...I rather buy iron ore at the moment
which is hotter. its not about making money from what you have..but
picking stocks that will make you money quicker....and there are
plenty out there...not refering to speculative types but clear
genuine type stocks...look at MMX.....
