Look,my theory on the current chart activity with PDN is this.
I look for a 5 wave structure,as I have been taught that most moves occur like this.In this move I have taken the high on the 7th Nov to be the start of wave 1,wave 2 on 23rd Nov,wave 3 on 7th Dec and wave 4 on 18th Dec.I therefore conclude that we are currently experiencing wave 4,which I expect to finish shortly,on or around Dec 26(+ or - a day each way)and then moving into the 5th wave to arrive at the previously mentioned target(see earlier post).
The second thing is,the information I have read about Head and Shoulder patterns is that once the neckline has been breached,the price action will often reverse back to the neckline before continuing the decline.I have taken the neckline to be between the first low at 6.61 and the second low of 6.40,therefore I will consider the pattern intact unless there is a breach of the neckline at 6.61.
Theres no guarantees here,just following the charts,if they do as I expect,I maintain my position,if not I close out.
