At the end of the day someone is selling furphies. A TA guru sends a chart with no indicators? Volume, MACD, RSI?
Plenty of ways to interpret that chart, but a TA perspective might expect the gap at 2.1 to close, but that doesn't exist on the weekly.
Looks more likely a retrace back to the trend line on low volume which is quite positive.
