Let's face it not every investor knows the "ins and outs" of BRK or the industry. They probably read a news article promoting the upcoming news and buy on the potential price movement, when the news doesn't come when THEY expect it to, they sell. This could be a contributing factor in the last couple of down days.
SOI is irrelevant compared to MC or the fundamentals, especially once Jewel flows and current/future investors don't need to worry about future CR's and further dilution. This to me is the biggest benefit of the flow from Jewel.
Reading some of these posts, I think peeps are forgetting the value of the oil reserves that BRK can book and the impact on the company valuation.
