    If price now entering Phase D of a reaccumulation means the uptrend has now begun and we should see a series of higher highs and higher lows and a break of the 4.1c high. Then follwed by a backing up test to previous resistance.

    Point and Figure Targets

    Segment 1 - 6.4c-6.6c

    Segment 2 - 8c-8.2c

    Segment 3 - 11c-11.5c

    Segment 4 - 13c-13.5c
