As at 1st March this year the only holder with at least 45M shares available to sell, but below the 5% threshold, was Costa Super Fund. Of course there could be some hidden within the Nominee accounts. I guess we can assume that if it turns out that no notice is required, then no substantial holder is buying or selling and the 45M must have gone to a new investor. Interesting times ........
