Not really my field but I see two reasons for disinterest in Fluence.
From the instos it's all about earnings, real or demonstrably very close. This is still not apparent, so I guess would preclude much interest from them.
Secondly, RWL effectively has a huge blocking stake ( is he still alive?), so a takeover is off the table at ridiculous prices. In the long run, there's probably some ownership structure that allows the passing of shares to the beneficiaries of his will.
This is a slow burner and I would guess would continue to be held.
