    Spot on. For a smooth MBO get your hands on as many shares as you can. The loan facility is just another example of that. And it's about to get tapped. Big time. More dilution with cheap shares going into management pockets. They may well of snookered themselves though not counting on the orange man ruining the party as the market is pricing this company as kaput.
