One other scenario I am looking at is that we are currently trading in an ending diagonal triangle. If so, we could see one more push lower to a new low of 16/16.5c from where we will have a strong rally.
Not set in stone and obviously this is only one of many scenarios.......but from the trading I have seen every time the share price goes below 20c, non-aggressive accumulation is taking place. By non-aggressive, I mean the buyers are waiting for weak hands to sell to them rather than them taking the offer.
Time will tell, but FLC has been building a broad base over the last 9 months when we first hit the low of 17c.
