    You're not wrong. Even with news; why would news move it now, it hasn't for so long? In my opinion, we will soon be resuming the downtrend that has plagued this for years.... New ATL at 12 or 13 isn't out of the question. It's so thinly traded, zero interest from anyone day-in, day-out.

    I'd just like to see what the real end-game is here....

    Anyway, carry on. Opportunities elsewhere.
