Hi Ywtoh,
I have wondered the exact same thing, but I suspect he is playing the long game, and whilst he would be disappointed with the current share price, he invested on a much longer timeframe.
Also, I cannot help but think that where I am very heavily invested in FLC, and the falls to the current share price have greatly impacted my overall portfolio, I reckon his investment whilst large in our terms, is a small part of his overall portfolio.
There are games afoot, and I have seen the ideas of a takeover or privatisation on Hotcopper-and I hope not.
I still believe in FLC, but some days are difficult to stomach, which other long termers will be able to relate to. But the growth and different markets they are slowly penetrating give me cause for optimism.
Hope is not an investment strategy, but some days that all I've got when I look at the share price.
