    Whoever is buying at these prices is still getting shares at a lower price than the Director's options at 23cts (including employee options of CEO Asia and other employee options).

    Also, Doug Brown plus 2 other funds bought in 21cts.

    Richard Irving's options were pegged at 28cts,

    Last but not least, Tom Pokorsky's first tier options are pegged at 22cts, with his other options at higher strike prices.
