    A BIG chart point to me and an indication of things looking better, would be if price can take out the 21.5 cent resistance area.

    21.5 c is significant because:
    1/it is trendline resistance
    2/ it is where the 200dma currently resides
    3/ it is the 61.8% retracement level of the move from 26c down to the low of 15c
