As you know, institutional players would want to play the next high growth industry, but they don't want to be early. They don't want to fall flat on their faces if the industry breakouts sputter and do not pan out.

Which brings me to my next point. For any industry breakthrough, the regulators must get behind it. The US EPA must get behind DEWAT and strongly nudge the industry by incentivizing the industry to move in that direction or else nothing will move. Case in point, tax breaks given to owners to buy EVs. I am really hope we get some signals from there in the USA.

Was hoping someone like you would provide an analysis of institutional timing.

I too had that sense but wasnt sure that Tom was waiting for the reorganisation to start showing results before even bothering the institutions, but appreciate your considered analysis and succinct summary.

I think we are starting to see green shoots of Tom's experience and understated but strategic decisions.
