9 Month MA plotted against price chart shows fattening out of the share price with declining volumes. Would much prefer to see surge in buying interest in terms of higher volumes. When volume surge breaks the downtrend line, maybe then, the traders will come in. Waiting eagerly for that surge of volume to bring that price above 28cts price bar.@launch, appreciate any thoughts.
