A cup and handle is a well identifiable chart pattern. it is a bullish continuation pattern (rising prices continue to rise higher) and is represented by a price drop and rise back to the same level (the cup) and a downward trending channel (the handle) that has a breakout.
this is another example I picked a little while ago in DXB. it went from 27.5c in the bottom of the cup to 66.5c at the top of the breakout. It is pretty much a textbook cup and handle, 6 weeks to form, long round base and perfect channel with breakout.

If ILA continues on for a few days - caps at 18c and drops to around 13-15c, then continues a rise, it would just fulfill a standard chart pattern.
just something to watch for, if we the handle plays out I will personally be loading up the truck as results would be imminent with the breakout to come into effect.
