    If TA is worth anything at all(and I believe it is)
    this ticker is a screaming buy, at this point.

    as is common at the end of a 5 wave decline, market sentiment is at its absolute lowest.

    here we have all the above plus a very timely double bottom at $1.39.

    I am very very tempted !
