History looks set to repeat. The blue part on the right (B) is an overlay showing the bar pattern of the previous uptrend (A). So far they line up pretty well. If it continues on a similar path July could top $4. The previous uptrend also coincided with a buyback. There are many risks that could change course, but so far the property market appears to be made of teflon and coated in honey.
